Nicholas was very attentive to details and let me know what the technicians found every step of the way. He let me know several times during the process what was found and suggested steps that were neede what the technicians found every step of the way. The 2015 QX80 has a problem with the front sensor. I was not informed the part wasn't covered under warranty. I was told the sensor was damaged by a rock.
