Nicholas was very attentive to details and let me know what the technicians found every step of the way. He let me know several times during the process what was found and suggested steps that were neede what the technicians found every step of the way. At the conclusion he went through the complete maintenance report and made sure I understood what was performed . He also pointed out items that should be addressed in the future. I had a good experience with this dealer. They picked up my car and delivered a loaner. They returned my car when repaired and picked up their loaner. The 2015 QX80 has a problem with the front sensor. I was not informed the part wasn't covered under warranty. I was told the sensor was damaged by a rock.
