Subaru has hundreds of thousands of clients that do not have a concern of this nature, so the melting of the trim panels and bumpers is likely a result of outside influence, not a manufacturer defect. Your answer is the same , about “due to outside influence ? This is not correct I am normal person using my car as normal use ; parking it outside my house in a normal neighborhood, parking outside in my job in another normal neighborhood. Which is the outside I fluency ? The car is defective is very simple .Do I need to park my car in a place where the sun can’t melted , do si need to cover it with si w thing because isn’t made it to be outside ? This is a “new car” only 3 months of use and 5,000 miles , this is absolutely wrong; of course is a defective car.

Yes! I got an answer ! After 2 months that my car was in the service department 2 months! This is the story: Subaru Austin dealer offered to fix my car, they borrowed me for 2 months without pay a rental car, but my car was fixed partially; only” black plastic parts” still waiting for the answer from Mr Anthony Ochoa.
