It was bad news about the collapse of the catalytic converter, but good news that it was under a recall. However I was told that it did not cover the damage done to the clogging of the exhaust system, converter, but good news that it was under a recall. I did along with some of the other issues I've had previously with my outback and the next day the company agreed to pay to repair the exhaust resulting in no charge for the repairs. I'm glad Will had the knowledge to help me get my Outback on the road again. More

Also I liked how Subaru was on top of sanitizing the wait area.. Kinda wish some of the other people waiting were doing a better job of practicing Social Distancing.
