Austin Subaru - Service Center

I was given a $1400 quote to replace my keys (! ), this included $800 to switch out the locks. I declined to have the locks switched because the $1400 for new keys seemed absolute insane to me. They still found a way to charge me $1311, even without the lock replacement! It also took them nearly two weeks to get the job done and they didn't have a replacement car available. Pretty terrible all around. More

Miguel and the entire service team did a great job! My daughter had a low speed accident with a curb and we replaced the front bumper cover. I brother Crosstrek in for routine maintenance and asked if we could recalibrate the eye sight system. After a discussion with Miguel and the Shop Foreman and looking at the diagnostics it was determined recalibration of the eyesight system was not necessary. All diagnostics were checked snd the Crosstrek was in great shape with all systems functioning properly. The 2021 Crosstrek was ready to return to my daughter. Thanks to Danny Sosa, Miguel the Shop Foreman and everyone who assisted with getting the Crosstrek back to like new condition! Thank you, Bryan S. More
