I found this dealer online while looking for a used car, also my frst time buying on my own. I didn't expect too much to be different when my family and I first arrived at the dealership. I was used to having salesman throwing themselves at me and following me around like starved dogs while I tried to look around for myself. When we got there and started looking around, Doug greeted us and was very relaxed. He pointed me in the direction of the car I was looking at online, a 2002 Celica GTS, and brought me the keys. At first, I was a little thrown off by him just handing me the key and then attending to other things. But I soon came to realize that this dealership is a diamond compared to others. Any car I wanted to look at, he was glad to help, but didn't push me towards anything or hover over my shoulder every second. I eventually decided on a 2004 Jeep Liberty, and we started the process on figuring out my payments. He was very polite, and we all were very relaxed with each other, which made or a great atmosphere for such a big event. He answered all out questions and made sure I got to where I needed to be budet wise. He told me he would call me the next morning, and he called right when he said he would. Even on the phone, he was genuinely polite and friendly. When we got back to the dealership to finish the purchase, he was again extremely friendly towards me and my family. When we got to the office, I was surprised to see the family, working with numerous customers, and their dogs there with them and we met some other members of the family business. I love how relaxed everyone is at this dealership, and everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. They all stopped and chatted with us while doing the paperwork, and it really made me feel at home and ease my nerves. It was like w were all one big family! When everything was finished, Doug brought my new jeep around for me and gave me his congrats on my first car purchase. They even gave me a gas money for my new jeep! I cannot express my gratitude enough to this dealership, specifically Doug, for such an amazing, wonderful car buying experience. You guys definitely made my first time a time to remember! I had a very plesant experience with this family owned company in purchasing my used Sebring. My car was detailed inside and out and they were very helpful at obtaining me a loan. I purchased a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer from Auto Direct and it was a great experience. The dealership was very family oriented, I had met Chads father, sister, and even their grandfather! All were very nice. When I left with the car Chad even gave me $15 for gas which was very thoughtful. Even after about 3 weeks later I realized I wanted to put in a new radio and they installed it for me for free and with no trouble! My wife and I were looking for a car for our son who has a his drivers permit. We found Auto Direct on the Kelly Blue Book website. I called Chad and he said the car was still available. We arrived at the lot and looked at the car we seen on the website. It was nice, but we also looked at several other cars. There was no pressure from Doug or Chad. We test drove the car we picked out from the lot and the car ran good. We agreed on a price for the car, but I wanted my son to drive the car before we made the deal final. It is my son's first car and We wanted him to be happy with the car and fit in the car also as he is 6'2" tall. We came back with our son and he fit in the car and test drove it also. He liked the car as it was a Sebring convertible. The catch to our situation: We were coming in from Ohio to purchase the car. We were hesitant to buy a car out of state but the guys made the process very simple, going as far as taking care of the out of state registration transfer. We didn't have to do a thing. I would absoutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car priced very fairly. One thing that we noticed was not only their large inventory of cars, but also the quality of the vehicles on their lot. They have very fair business practices and their level of customer service is unmatched. They demonstrated patience, understanding, but most of all, sincerity in their thanks for our business. I emailed Auto Direct Cars, L.L.C. late on New Year's Eve about one of their cars I had seen online. Chad called me New Year's Day morning to give me more information about the car. We set up an appointment for the next day. I was driving 71 miles to see the car. Bob called me the morning of my appointment to re-review the features of the car with me to make sure it was what I was looking for before I made the trip. I called Chad after speaking with Bob to move my appointment up two hours. Chad was very accommodating. When I arrived Chad had the car ready for my inspection and test ride. The car was exactly as Chad and Bob had described. There was no pressure. I was given any time I wanted to make my decision. The decision was easy to make. The customer service provided to me by Chad and Bob coupled with the quality of the vehicle and the price led me to purchase the vehicle. There was a minor cosmetic issue which Chad had taken care of before I took delivery. Bob called me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and my purchase. I have put 700 miles on my 'new to me' vehicle since my purchase and I am extremely satisfied. This is a family owned business which makes you feel like family. From the moment I called Auto Direct Cars I felt as if I was speaking to a family friend. The voice on the other side of the phone was friendly and helpfull. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership to see the truck we saw and liked online we were received with welcoming friendly smiles. We were allowed to look around there large lot without the usual pushy and smothering car salesperson. We definitely liked the truck when we viewed the great pictures available on line and fell in love with our truck when we finally saw it in person. What you see in their adds and what you get in the lot is one and the same, no scams. They made the purchase easy and explained everything in a way that I had no questions or concerns. All of the cars on the lot are well taken care of, the lot is clean and the whole set up is great. My family and friends will definitely be shopping here for all of our vehichles. Thanks Guys!!!!!!
