First thing this morning he called at our request following our outreach to Auto Group of San Antonio late last night after finding the vehicle we were interested in online. He was professional, kind and transparent about pricing, the vehicle we were interested in and in talking about our trade. At the conclusion of the call this morning we advised we would consider our interest and reach back out if we chose to do so. At 5PM today we reached out and asked if Mike could have the vehicle we were interested in ready in 30 minutes. He was pleased to assist and ready when we arrived 25 minutes later - the vehicle was up front waiting. He provided the keys and quickly had our trade appraised (literally a few short minutes). I checked out the vehicle at my pace, he remained close by but did not hover - he was at the ready with information to share when I asked. Hassle free doesn't even begin to cover how great this portion of the process was. We talked numbers for less than 5 minutes (seriously even more fabulous) and within the hour we were headed home in our new vehicle (amazing)! The service is exceptional at Auto Group - literally every individual who assisted, the F&I and office manager, Mike and the gentlemen who ensured the new vehicle was ready with a full tank of gas, was fabulous to work with and clearly appreciated our business. We will absolutely be back in the future and we will certainly be recommending Auto Group of San Antonio and Mike to friends and family, neighbors and colleagues. Charles immediately met me outside and we were test driving within 5 mins. Once I was interested it was simple and straightforward. I told him where I needed to be and in 30 minutes was signing paperwork. Excellent trade-in value also. Fast forward to the second day I had my truck and the check engine light comes on. I let Charles know and he immediately responded with "bring it in so we can check it out". This was nice considering technically the truck was "as is". They could have told me tough luck. This situation isn't completely resolved, but his demeanor has made me comfortable that it will be. I would definitely buy here again and will if we need another vehicle. More
