The Trade process went very smoothly. The staff was friendly. However, the front two tires of the vehicle I purchased were just about ready to blow. They had visible cracks in the side The staff was friendly. However, the front two tires of the vehicle I purchased were just about ready to blow. They had visible cracks in the sidewall and upon speaking with the Sales Staff they would not replace the tires as the purchase/ trade was on an as is basis. They did however say that they would sell me two tires at a wholesale cost. Upon notification that the new tires were in I was then informed that they would not swap out the bad tires for the new tires. I had to go to another business and pay to have the new tires installed and pay for the disposal of the old cracked tires. It was at that point when I realized that the tires that had been purchased which were supposed to be the same size as the existing tires were in fact not the same size. Leading me to have to have all four tires replaced. In review, the sales staff is amazing, the sale process went smoothly, it was the follow through that was lacking. I would recommend Auto Haus to anyone, however, make sure you look things over before you finish the deal. More
