returned for vehicle issuss Eric was very friendly, however no one stood by their word to faulty AC,which was promised during sale. Doug is always MIA, never returns calls and im Eric was very friendly, however no one stood by their word to faulty AC,which was promised during sale. Doug is always MIA, never returns calls and impossible to get in touch with. Never buy from them again. 8 months later, AC still doesn't work. Now they're saying it's not under warranty. ..........went back to dealership today 6/7/2014...Doug was relieved of his duties 2 weeks ago. finally it looks like the new mechanic manager Ryan, is going to fix this issue, thanks to Sean...,I amended my previous above survey because today, 6/09/2014, Sean stood by his word and traded the vehicle in and gave us a better deal on a newer vehicle with a 3 1/2 year warranty......Thanks Sean, Anthony and to Eric, the original salesman, who always had our back! More
