My Review of AutoFair Ford:
We had a 2008 Ford F-150 and it was time to get a new one. We had been dealing with four different dealerships including Autofair. We were very honest about our searching many places. Chuck at Autofair was amazing:) He knew what he was talking about and was very patient with us:) He managed to find the exact, perfect new 2012 Ford F-150 that we were looking for, at the price that we had agreed on! We were very pleased and pleasantly surprised by how great Chuck was! We will definitely spread the word to all of our friends and family about our wonderful experience! Chuck was our salesman, but all of the guys that we dealt with were great! Many thanks to Gus, the manager, Tom the finance guy and Chuck who did so much ground work for us to get what we were looking for!

My Review of AutoFair Ford:
I have given the rating I have because I don't think I could have been treated as well anywhere else. We made two trips up to Autofair. First trip was to compare the Ford Explorer to the Edge. Steve Glassman went through both cars very thourgly and let us drive both. At no time did we feel pressured for a sale. He really explained and answered all our questions. We left from the first visit very pleased. We went back with all intentions to purchase due to Steve and his patients with us. Our neighbor Keith Osowski also works there and we did ask for him. Steve assured us he would be involved in the sale, it just happened to be Keith's day off when we went to test drive. When we did go back Keith was with another customer and once again Steve helped us.We went up with no idea of which car we would drive home in. No way were we influenced and we did appreciate when Steve stepped aside to give us time to discuss it. When Keith was available it was clear it was a team effort by both comsultants.Every aspect was taken care of right down to getting in touch with our insurance company. I was very impressed. Would definitely go back and look forward to bringing my car to Autofair Ford for routine check ups. THANKS GUYS FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL.

I had a great experience at AutoFair Ford. The salesperson, Andrew, was very helpfull, friendy, and answered all of my questions. He reviewed all of the in's and out's of my new Ford Edge capabilities with expert knowledge. I was very statisfied knowing I knew everything I needed to know when I drove off the lot. Everyone was very nice from the service deparmtent to the managers and would recommend going to AutoFair Ford!

My Review of AutoFair Ford:
First off, I would like to say that my initial Autofair experience with Mr. Sewall was not as expected. Not with him, per se, but with the car. After sorting out some minor glitches (and having a wonderful laugh in the process), we spent a great deal of time with the car. He answered all my questions with knowledge and respect. The product was just what the doctor ordered. Tim worked very hard for me that day, running back and forth and getting me the best deal possible. One thing that set Tim apart is his honesty and integrity throughout. He genuinely cares for you as a customer and his easy demeanor makes you feel as if you are dealing with a friend. Quick wit, easy smile and a willingness to make you feel at ease are his strengths. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a new or used car at Autofair Ford. Great guy, great car, great price.

My Review of AutoFair Ford:
I was in the market for a new vehicle, and as such, went to a number of dealerships, calls, etc.
I eventually ended up at Autofair Ford, and as soon as I stepped out, Scott Kling gave us a friendly welcome. From then on, he guided us through the options we had, what the delearship had, and given our preferences and what we were looking for, even though they did not have my exact car in the lot, that he would get it. I ended up getting excellent rebates and a little more - Scott took his time to ask me all the necessary questions so he could get me all the discounts that could apply, e.g., recent graduate school grad discount.
I left with exactly what I wanted at a great price.
Further, Autofair Ford overall was very friendly and helpful. Everyone, not just Scott, were friendly helpful. At the end, when Scott was showing us our vehicle when we picked it up, the head of sales came out and spent a good time talking with us and getting feedback of our experience and making himself available for any questions we might have in the future.
I will highly recommend this place to anyone out on the market for a car, and specially, I recommend Scott Kling as your sales specialist.
When I go to a dealership, I feel I have to put on my fighting gloves and make sure I am not "taken for a ride" by salesmen, trying old selling tactics like "this is the last car on the lot, dont miss out on it", and similar antics.
Instead, at Autofair, and specially Scott, it was not like that at all. I never felt like I had to "have my fighting gloves on". Rather, he made us feel comfortable, and that he was an advocate for us, guiding us through our options and trying to get us the best deal he could - balancing tastes, options and price range. Ill definitely be going to Autofair for our next vehicle.

I came into the dealership only interested in one vehicle a 2007 ford edge which was in my price range and had low miles. I was created by Brad at the door who was very welcoming to me and my fiance and was eager to help get us into this car. I took the car for a test drive and fell in love, having my mind set on this car we went and talked numbers and we got it to a price that I could afford and ended up getting a deal with the bank even though I didn't have much credit history & not much to put down at the time. I would highly recommend this dealership & salesman and will buy my next car from there!

Well to start with, they got me there to drive a car they didn't have. I asked 6 times when I talked to them on the phone to make sure they had the car I want in a V6 Manual transmission and she assured me they did despite the fact I couldn't see it on their online inventory. Well of course they didn't have it, they convinced me to drive the automatic version instead to see if I liked it, telling me if I liked it they could get me the manual from another dealership to try. It drove nice, but I really needed to drive the manual version in order to make a decision, they told me they could get me the manual version, but not without me purchasing it first. They actually wanted me to buy the car before I could really drive it. Just to see where they would go we started to talk numbers and they treated me like a child, would go nowhere with the price despite the new 2013's coming out soon, and tried to practically steal my trade in from me (offering me well below its trade in value). Matt practically talked down to me throughout our negotiations, which weren't really negotiations cause he wouldn't budge. cause of course there's practically "no markup" on this particular car. I will be buying this car somewhere, but it sure won't be from Autofair in Manchester. Bait and switch and treating customers like they're children is may work with some customers, but those of you who want to be treated fairly should shop elsewhere

First and foremost, I want to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this customer felt. It is never in our best interest to tell a customer that a vehicle is on our lot when it actually is not. I also want to thank this customer for the feedback. Honest, constructive criticism is essential in helping us provide the highest quality service to our customers. We are blessed with a large inventory, so in most cases we have the vehicle that somebody is inquiring about. When this is not the case, we have processes in place to ensure that the customer is aware of the vehicle’s status, whether it is not available, in transit, or still being built. It is our policy to be 100% honest in all cases, because the repercussions of doing otherwise are obviously not beneficial to us as a business or to you as our customer. There was a clerical error in this case which led our staff to believe that this vehicle was on our lot when it actually was not. This was an honest mistake; we take full responsibility for it, and it should not have happened. When this customer came in and we realized the vehicle was in fact not here, it was then our duty to provide as many options as possible: driving ours, locating the preferred model, evaluating the trade-in, and working pricing to the best of our ability on the new vehicle. We offered all the available rebates through Ford and also included our own discounts. We made every effort to satisfy this customer and put an aggressive deal together, however terms could not be met. We understand our customers have high expectations and we strive to meet them. Being one of the largest dealerships in our region, we consistently give higher values for trade-ins and higher discounts on new vehicles because we are competitive and work in volume. We take pride in our customer satisfaction, our online and offline reputation, and the effort we make to provide every customer with a great deal and a great experience. We admit, mistakes can be made and we will do everything in our power to avoid them. We will also do everything in our power to make up for them if they do happen. Doing what’s right sets us apart as a company and as a service to the community. We hope this customer finds what they’re looking for, and we look forward to having the opportunity to work with this customer in the future.
