I have purchased 5 Honda Civics over the years and each one has been through Auto Fair Honda a 2001, two 2004's and a 2007 now with Tae's help I own a 2012 beautiful car and I know that Tae did every thing to make buying the newest civic the best purchase yet, please tell Tae I said "ThankYou" for all his help and I will continue to tell every one that I know who is looking to buy a car to call Auto Fair Honda, best cars, best price and the best sales people, Tell Tae we'll see him again in about 3-5 years, Thanks for asking,

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
I have been bringing my car to Autofair for service because of the great customer service they have. Even when I initially ask for something to be done to the car they will tell me if I really need it or not where other places would just do it regardless. In cases where they say I need something done, they are not forceful about it and if I say no they leave it at that. Lisa on my most recent visit was very helpful and understanding to what I needed done and detailed everything up front for me so there was no surprises. I live in Nashua and drive the 20-25 minutes to Manchester to have my car taken care of by them and will continue to do so.

Ali made buying my Honda Civic a "fun" experience. She was nothing but professional. She could answer any questions I had on the Honda Civic and she came in on her day off to meet with me which I think says a lot. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and I'm going to say working with Ali and Autofair was the best experience I've had. I will definitely go back when the time comes to buy another Honda!

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
My wife and I went to Autofair Honda this morning because we smelled an odor coming from underneath our 2006 CRV. We recently had ALL fluids changed and new brakes installed. I thought the smell may have been waste oil burning off the undercarriage. We did not have an appointment but Randy Werner who we have known for years took the car in and about 1 hour later he came into the waiting room and gave us the good news that nothing was leaking. they even checked the brakes to make sure a break cylinder was not leaking. This is service at it's best. I have had Honda's for 20 years and had them all serviced at Nault's Honda and Autofair Honda. Autofair Honda and Randy along with Lisa Diggins are top shelf as well as the tech's. I would not buy or have my car serviced anywhere except Autogair.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my car at AutoFair Honda. Matt was a very friendly salesperson who thoroughly explained my options without making me feel pressured. Steve, a finance manager, found a generous payment plan that worked for my financial situation. Burton, a manager, checked in with me to make sure the process of purchasing my vehicle was going smoothly. It took me 3 days to decide on a car, and I felt all of the staff were extremely accommodating and patient. In the end, I comfortably and confidently purchased my ideal car. I would highly recommend this dealership and the employees that helped me.
