Today the customer assistance she was very nice . But your dealer need to work on how the customers may get a loaner car if they cannot wait there. I made my reservation a month ahead in order for me to get a car to go to work but did not work. this dealer not even offer to watch the car after the serviced I've been told no on my previous visit to your dealership. The Toyota dealership they do it and they asked the customer. I've Have bought 4 car on your dealership. More

I purchased a 2014 Volkswagen from this dealer in August. I told them I would not make the purchase unless a full inspection was done in the vehicle . They slapped a sticker on it . Sure enough 1 month later I told them I would not make the purchase unless a full inspection was done in the vehicle . They slapped a sticker on it . Sure enough 1 month later the car was making horrible noises after driven 700 miles . I bring the car to Volkswagen Seacoast . They verified the car should not have been given a sticker as the rear brakes are rotted with rust and are pulsating and many more things. I called and told them it’s against the law to put a sticker on a vehicle that should have failed inspection. Now they want me to drive 40 miles so I can have it re inspected by Auto Fair only ( so they can say it would pass inspection) . The car is so unsafe to drive I asked them to tow the car and needed to fight for that . We now have a service bill of over 3,000 in order for this car to be on the road safely . Instead of saying you know what that sounds dangerous and we are responsible for our dealership to not have left the car leave the lot .. they fight me so I can sit here and worry about something they should have never sold in the first place . No trust at all and am completely overwhelmed by how they do not treat you like a human for a 10,000 car sale . Do not trust this place to give you a sticker on a used vehicle as they clearly do not care about a 16 year old’s safety . They would rather pull you through you through the ringer and make your life harder than it already is . Thanks for the free tow ???!!!! Unless this vehicle is taken back or fixed they get a -0 for customer care and safety! After calling the department of motor vehicles they may get their license pulled as I am clearly not the only customer with this complaint . More
