DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. If could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a 2014 Silverado from them back at the end of December. 45 days later the DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. If could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a 2014 Silverado from them back at the end of December. 45 days later the engine blew up. They offered to split the costs 50/50 if I brought the truck to them. The problem with that was the truck was in Wichita, where it broke down. I had decided with as new of a truck it was, I would have Chevy put the new engine in it. I am a big proponent of not taking my vehicles to the dealership for work but as new of a truck as this was, it just seemed like the best plan of action. Plus they were the most competitive price down there. Automax said they would absolutely not split costs with me because their labor was too high. I got that so I asked them to split the cost of parts and they said they would look into it if I sent them the quote. So I did and I asked for them to split around $5000 worth of parts with me, they offered to give me $575... A slap in the face essentially. But, it was better than nothing and they refused to budge so I said yes. Last thing I heard from them was in the end of February they were going to send me some paperwork to sign saying they weren't liable for any other costs. I never got that. I have emailed them a few times and tried to call but I get no response. They dodged me and now aren't going to give me anything obviously. The reason I am just now leaving this review? I just found out last week that the transmission is about to go out as well. I can't afford another $7000 so I had to trade the piece of xxxx truck in. I am still $8000 in the hole for the engine though, we still have the credit card for it to pay off. That's $8000 that we will never see again. DO NOT GO HERE, they will screw you over. There is no lemon law in Missouri so there is nothing that they have to do for you according to the law if something breaks. Even if they say they will help, they won't. These guys are the lowest of the low, the xxxx of car sales, the absolute worst place to buy a car ever. Avoid this place at all costs. I hope that no one else gets screwed over by them like I did.
