Horrible experience. When I bought the car I Was promised they would remove scratches and detail my vehicle. Well I had to bring it back to be detailed because the day they told me the detail was being done it wasn't. I was sent home with a dirty car and no tag bracket or anything covering the front tag spot. Took it back for a promised detail and Leaves were still in the cracks if my hood. Scratch still looked the same and I got so much dirt when I got home and actually cleaned the inside with awesome. The seatbelt hooks were dirty, driver seat filthy and whoever owned it had a dog because there was slobber all around the window frames even after I was told it was detailed. The manager took it to the back and removed a spot I pointed out to him easily so I know the car was never detailed. There were not even vacuum marks or shampoo marks. I do know what a detail consist of. I would never in my life send anyone to this place unless I don't like the person. I sold cars for 13 years and never have a given anyone this type of service. It was very much unacceptable. More

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Upper management as well as sales personnel gave the impression they couldn't care whether they sold you a car or not.
