I was promptly greeted in arrival, Service Rep Danielson Garcia checked me gave a time estimate as I was going to wait. The waiting lounge is large, comfortable & clean. Had to wait 3 1/2 months to get my transmission replaced. By the time it was all said and done I paid over $2500 for my rental car. $6500 for the transmission. Way over priced. Ever time I called to check on the status of the transmission, they would tell me they was 0 available. After about the forth time in 2 months checking I got on the web and found six with several different companies. Doesn’t make sense to me that a service manager, parts manager, service writer, and shop superintendent couldn’t find a single one in 2 months, but I found six in less then a half hour hmmm? After all was said and done they charged my wife over $9000 to replace a transmission on a 2013 Buick Enclave. Just doesn’t seem right! More
