I had a long list of get serviced, I took a good book with me, I arrived at 0800 for my appointment and was back in the driver's seat at 1200. Everyone from the gentle man that met me, the tech writer, w with me, I arrived at 0800 for my appointment and was back in the driver's seat at 1200. Everyone from the gentle man that met me, the tech writer, who got me signed up to the outstanding customer waiting lounge was great, I sat down with my book and read. Four hours later I walked back to the service area and met the Tech comming to get me, the car was ready as promised. At 1200 as promised I was on my way in a car that was washed and cleaned. Ms Denise Kipling was my service writer and is very good at what she does. She helped me with my extended warranty and help me with a rental car. All work was completed and truck is running great. the way you (Have to) pick up your vehicle after the service is STUPID, where you have to wait for the person that you dropped off your vehicle to help you. DUMB!!!! You should have a designated area to pick up your vehicle instead of waiting in the garage area to pay and pick up vehicle. At least this time I only waited 34 minutes not like before waited 40 minutes and the car was NEVER worked on sat there for 3 days and never looked at. Was going out of town so I had to pick up the vehicle and put it in our garage and not leaving it at the dealership on the pavement in the sun. That's my opinion. At least I did have a person that tried to help me but he couldn't...hummmm. Our service guy was with another customer and she was apparently an issue; keep calling on her phone asking about the service so that's why I had to wait a VERY long time standing in the garage area just waiting for the service guy to finish up with that person. More
Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic. Service rep Danielson Garcia was very unprofessional with his words through text messages. Very vague in explaining things and became argumentative in person when I went to pick up my vehicle. I don't know if he gets commission on service fees, but he tried to charge me $600 for diagnostics, he said to me, "Do you think we were going to do it for free?" Of course I did not, but I would be happy to pay a fair price because no repairs were done at all. He got rude to me so I asked him if I could speak to a manager instead. He bend the corner came back with no manager. Long story short, at this point I'm so tired of going back and forth with him so I end up paying $400 for a diagnostic and no repairs. During the whole time he never mentioned any prices with me or notified me that my vehicle was ready for pickup until I contacted him the next day, he told me my vehicle was ready since yesterday! This experience with him alone is the worse I've ever encountered and I probably will never return to this dealership. I hope this young man gets the proper training on service and how to treat people with respect. Also my vehicle was never washed and the interior had their plastic and paper mats scattered. I usually never write bad reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to let it be known. More
