The rating is downgraded because it seems impossible that a small piece of red plastic can cost $6 Actually, everyone at the dealership was helpful. The rating is downgraded because it seems impossible that a small piece of red plastic can cost $668.83! The labor for installation was about what I thought it would be, perhaps a bit high. The corporate greed here is off the charts. Buick is not doing themselves any favors. What does has taught me is to get several estimates for any repairs not covered by my warranty. Jack Olsen More
