Bought BMW M8 15 days go only drove it 165 miles---60 miles was just to drive it home...car caught on fire! I called to let manager know what happen and he said there is nothing we can do about it you ou miles was just to drive it home...car caught on fire! I called to let manager know what happen and he said there is nothing we can do about it you our out of our warranty you know how it is you work in the industry....I told him if this would to happen to us we would help the customer!...I just don't see how this is my fault.125-point inspection? I trusted the company and they just dismissed me like....someone please contact me to make this right. Update 3-3-2026 Talk to the manager at the store and he said he would not help because I did not buy the warranty...So the way I see it...If you don't buy a warranty they can sell you a Lemon and have a way out by saying should have got a warranty...Keep in mind only 165 miles form dealer ship!...I asked him just to pay for spark plugs and wires that was only 800 dollars to make this right still no help....Keep in mind I still have to fix the damage to rear of car which is over 2000...Not happy...I sent email to the as requested and manager just called me to say he would not help... More

The Service Advisors are very knowledgeable and friendly once they are helping you. However, they need to work on greeting customers. I worked with Jason Montgomery. He is a fantastic person to work with. He was readily available and went above and beyond to make things happen. I am so happy for him that he got to do that with his family, and we actually met the next day, and Jason spent 4 hours to get us up to speed on the new truck. You won't find a better individual to work with. Even now after the fact Jason is reachable and extremely helpful. I consider him a friend as well as our sales person. More
