Appointment A: I brought my vehicle in to the Service department for fixes under warranty. Drop off went well. Service lead (Jennifer) for my vehicle communicated well with me via text and phone calls department for fixes under warranty. Drop off went well. Service lead (Jennifer) for my vehicle communicated well with me via text and phone calls while my vehicle was in the shop. Upon pickup, I see the service lead taking photos of my open hatch area. It turns out they accidentally damaged the C+D pillars plus the headliner while performing the warranty work. They said parts would be ordered, and I'd have to bring it back in in about 2 weeks to have them fix the damage. I also found some glue residue on my vehicle's exterior side panel and the hood was dirty (bird droppings?). When I brought this up to the service lead while we were at my vehicle, she didn't offer any solution or apology. I was disappointed that they damaged my vehicle's interior and returned it dirtier than when I dropped it off. Appointment B: They setup a loaner for me to use due to the inconvenience of having to bring the vehicle in a 2nd time for the damage they caused, which I appreciated. Drop off was slow (took ~15min) this time. Service lead (Jennifer) showed me to the loaner vehicle and said my vehicle should be done by tonight or tomorrow at the latest. She also said she was out tomorrow but her manager would follow-up with me when the vehicle was ready. I received no communications that evening, so the next day after I had still not heard anything through the morning, I began texting and calling the service department every few hours. I did not get any response until eventually my service lead (who was off that day) responded by text saying my vehicle was done. I feel bad that she had to intervene, but appreciated the communication. But it was too late in the day to make it to the dealership and pickup my vehicle by that point. I never received a message or call from anyone else. Pickup went okay the next day but was slow. I had to wait ~10min standing in front of several service leads, without any acknowledgement, until I was helped, at which point it took another ~10min to wrap up paperwork and get my vehicle. A different service lead (Larry) pulled my vehicle up and left me with it to depart. Upon inspection, I was disappointed as the new headliner was visibly dirty in a few spots (almost looked like dusty hand-prints touched it, a new headliner should look new I'd think, but I can clean it off) and they did not replace the C pillar they damaged during the initial visit... they only replaced the D pillars and headliner. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. More

I walked into the service dept. and stood there for at least 5 minutes while 2 or 3 advisors just looked at their computer. Never acknowledged me. (and yes, they could see me) I had another lady walk in and she asked if I've been helped, "NO". Finally someone acknowledged me. This is the 2nd time the same thing has happened. What happened to customer service?? Once acknowledged, they found the part and questioned each other on how to install it. To my surprise, I didn't have to wait that long. A "we'll be right with you" would go a long way and probably 5 stars. The young service tech was very nice. He deserves 5 stars. More
I purchased a new black grille for my Sierra Denali and I arrived at the dealership at the prescribed time for the install. In speaking to the service advisor I told him that I had a scheduled appointment a arrived at the dealership at the prescribed time for the install. In speaking to the service advisor I told him that I had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 p.m. that I could not change. I needed to be driving away at the end of three hours at the dealership. The service advisor told me they could get me done and gone in 2 1/2 hours. He was wrong. He had me done and gone in two hours! And my truck looks great with the new grille! I appreciate everyone involved in accomodateing my request. Thank you AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows! More
TLDR: only go here if you're doing oil changes and brake jobs and don't bother setting up a appointment, they don't honor it anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am for a check engine light that ca jobs and don't bother setting up a appointment, they don't honor it anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am for a check engine light that came on but turned off by itself and potentially low brake fluid on my truck. I showed up at 7:30 and the service manager said the brake fluid level was fine but the error codes from the CEL needed more diagnostic. I tried nicely to get a approximate time as to when i might get a status update but the response back was "not sure, it has to go through our diagnostic process". Apparently that entire process meant it sat in the lot for 6 hours because it never moved in the MyGM app. Then when i finally called at 3:45pm, I got left on hold for 10+ minutes and then finally saw someone drive my truck around because the app said my gas tank level dropped 2% and the car moved "5 minutes ago". I got told by the service manager that the Technical Service Bulletin showed it was going to take awhile to go through the "thorough diagnostic process". If that meant drive it around the block a couple of times, see no codes show up and then clear the codes, I'd assume that'd take 10 minutes. What is the point of setting up an appointment at 7:30 for a 15 minute diagnostic and it takes ALL DAY?? Also, I do not want to talk to your General Manager, you can do some actual work for once in your career and pull up the security camera footage and listen to the call to verify what I wrote. Only guy who deserves 5 stars is the courtesy shuttle driver. We had a great conversation about travelling abroad. More

Very good response to my problem. Immediate fix of a dead battery. Brought the new one to my house and installed it, making sure the truck would start. Immediate fix of a dead battery. Brought the new one to my house and installed it, making sure the truck would start. More
