AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara - Service Center

I came with a problem that I told the manager exactly what is the problem the shift gear from drive to reverse is stuck and jump every time in the past 3 weeks, and he told me we will check I told him to what is the problem the shift gear from drive to reverse is stuck and jump every time in the past 3 weeks, and he told me we will check I told him to right everything and he did, I left the car for 2 days and after to days he told me the car is fine no problems. I check the inspection papers and I see that the only thing that they check is from reverse to drive. It’s the opposite way and until now about the week my car still have the same problem and you didn’t fix any of this. Poor service. More

Allen is a rock star. We had some work done last year and was left with a loud rattling noise.
