I was 400 miles from home when my battery light and service battery charging system light came on Service treated me like I was a local client that purchased and serviced all the time there. Found the part repaired the vehicle and had me on the way back home in a very timely manner Ezequiel went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress Service Manager also touched base to let me know he was aware of situation the all around performance of service was top notch all around More

I took my Buick Encore to AutoNation Buick GMC. I went three times with the same problem, the check engine light was on. I spent over $4000,00 on my SUV this year. Every time I went, they said the I went three times with the same problem, the check engine light was on. I spent over $4000,00 on my SUV this year. Every time I went, they said they needed to keep my SUV for days, so I would have to rent a car from enterprise. I think it's a scam or con. I Finally spoke with the GM Mike, he was polite and check out the problem and said there was a part that was recalled by GM, the part was replaced, and I have not had any problems since. More

I brought the car in over 1 week ago for a mechanical issue. I picked it up last Friday after it was in the dealership for a week. This AM, after not driving it since bringing it home 72 hours ago, the c issue. I picked it up last Friday after it was in the dealership for a week. This AM, after not driving it since bringing it home 72 hours ago, the check engine light came on and car making a boiling water sound it never made before. My spouse called to speak to the manager who was supposed to call me asap and did not. My spouse was calm the whole time yet the manager was abrupt, rude, and defensive, explaining he does not know what is wrong with the car and does not know how long it will take to fix. When my spouse mentioned they just released the car to us on Friday, the manager got very defensive. I believe his name was Mike. I will never get a car with AutoNation again as experience is terrible. Specifically GMC Buick AutoNation. More
