When I called to make an appointment I was able to get appointment the next day which was a Saturday. Within a few hours I received a text with problem areas with pictures including the problem of which I appointment the next day which was a Saturday. When I called I was able to get an estimate for repair to the problem I brought my vehicle in for so they could proceed with the repair. The repair was completed on Monday very late in the afternoon so when I called Tuesday morning on the status of the repair my vehicle was ready for pick up. Thank you More
Went in for an oil change and oil filter. When I was told the car was ready, the service rep. advised me that the "Low Oil Pressure" light was on and that maybe the sensor (which had been re When I was told the car was ready, the service rep. advised me that the "Low Oil Pressure" light was on and that maybe the sensor (which had been replaced in 11/22} might be off. But disregard it unless it starts bothering you. Otherwise they will recheck it with next oil change. So I paid my bill got in the car and of course the message shoowed up on my dashboard but what I didn't expect was a ding, ding, ding constantly going off. I went back into the service dept. and said I was not going to drive my car like that. He told me that they would probably have to replace the sensor and it would take about 4 hrs. but that the sensor would be under warranty and not cost me anything. The courtesy driver drove me home and a couple hours later Jon called that it was a faulty filter that they installed causing the problem and the car was fixed and Kenny the courtesy driver would pick me up. Its been a few days since I have been driving my car and so far so good. I hope the car is OK now. More
