Frank has been my service advisor since I bought the car there almost 6 years ago. He is friendly and takes a genuine interest on what service is needed and listens as you describe any problems with the car there almost 6 years ago. I have to say I trust Frank and the service team at Autoway Cadillac as to what service I need and when for my car. In fact the entire service area is friendly and are always willing to help. I remember one time my wife brought the car for a tire problem and Frank wasn't there. The rest of the service advisors fixed the tire and said - "don't worry about it - when Frank is in he will call me (which he did)". To me that is very important - my wife comes in with a problem - it is fixed - and we settled up later. You really don't see that anymore. More
I took my Cadillac in for service on a Saturday due to having an issue with the key not working correctly in the ignition and also the airbag light was displayed. Ronnie explained in details why these iss having an issue with the key not working correctly in the ignition and also the airbag light was displayed. Ronnie explained in details why these issues were happening as well as how it would be repaired. Ronnie was extremely professional and friendly. I am a business owner and appreciate good employees that put the customer first. I went to this dealership because a friend referred it to me for an oil change. I told Mr. Crespo my air conditioner was not working he had them check it for me and I'm very glad I did because it turned out me for an oil change. My forty years in sales and management have never had the privalege to encounter such a man. Bruce is definitely an asset to your company! The prices at the dealership were comparable to other shops I have had quotes from, so I feel the prices are "the going rate" for the services I have received. More
