This was extremely concerning, especially considering I had just bought the car. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to get help, but no one has taken responsibility. Every time I reach out, I feel like I’m being brushed off and passed around, with no real solutions or accountability. It’s frustrating to spend money on a vehicle and then be left dealing with safety-related issues on your own immediately after purchase. I expected better customer service and support, especially from a company like AutoNation. At the very least, I hoped for someone to take ownership of the issue and help resolve it promptly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly check their vehicle before leaving the dealership. More
