Was a terrible experience. I was charge over the estimate. I waited 1hour and 45 minutes for suttle. I had an oil change for 8:30 am. Upon arriving, my advisor felt very unwelcoming and rude. They got me settled and i walked around to kill time. I notified my advisor at I least needed to be out by 10:45 and once again she had an attitude… my car wasn’t done until 11. I was really having a hard time on why it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. More
