Staff is nice but I didn’t get a call when my car was ready from its oil change. Only knew because shuttle driver called to let me know he was ready to pick me up from the mall. I Scheduled the oil change over the phone and online also requesting for the steering to be looked at but at arrival I was told I had to bring it back another day for the steering to be looked at. They should have gave me a proper appointment time for both things to be taken care of, gas is too expensive to having to go back not to mention an inconvenience. More

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! !! I must say the level of service was exceptional! Initially I went in because my tires were bald and I was told by staff that there were no appointm !! I must say the level of service was exceptional! Initially I went in because my tires were bald and I was told by staff that there were no appointments, however I saw Jerry Hicks and things changed immediately! I asked Mr.Hicks if he could take a look at my tires and determine if they were in good shape or safe to travel long distance on. Mr. Hicks immediately walked with me out to my car and did a inspection of my tires. He immediately confirmed that my tires were bald and needed to be replaced immediately as they were in bad condition. Mr.Hicks then managed to book me an appointment for the following morning and my tires were replaced and my car was aligned with no issues. Mr.Hicks was also able to utilize the shuttle service to get me back home while my car was being serviced! Mr.Hicks is a class act and his level of commitment to customer service should not go unnoticed. Thank you again, my family and I appreciate your hard work and dedication. Service Department is un responsive, including the “manager”. Left me without a vehicle for an additional day while mine was getting warranty service. My vehicle wasn’t ready the next day and all the service dept was gone with no one to assist with providing a rental. Sales didn’t help, says “They’re a different department”. More
