I had a problem with our jeep wrangler after it was serviced. Don't need to go into details. Dealership had our jeep picked up at house; picked me up after repair. Was it an inconvenience; yes, but I've had 2 Rams, a Compass, and a wrangler services at dealership. Took my jeep in for routine oil change at the end of service paid and was given my keys. Had to go looking for my jeep as it was way off to the side behind numerous cars. When I was nearly home I moved service paid and was given my keys. Had to go looking for my jeep as it was way off to the side behind numerous cars. When I was nearly home I moved the receipt off the passenger seat to discover 3 large greased hand prints on my seat. Drove all the way back. The service rep said they would take it to detail and gave it cleaned which took some time. No offer of even a coffee or water. Let alone a discount for my extreme inconvenience and waste of a total of 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil and filter change. Nor an apology from the service tech for the damage and lack of communication about it. Had it simply been an accident and been taken care of at the time perhaps I might have been more understanding More
