Our sales person was fantastic. The finance manager was incredibly unpleasant. We came in with our financing prearranged, so I saw no reason for him to behave as an antagonist, but The finance manager was incredibly unpleasant. It’s odd when you are simply trying to give someone money and they treat you as subservient. I don’t expect praise, but kindness would have been appreciated. I hate when salesmen are too pushy, he was not that at all. He made me feel comfortable and helped me find the truck I wanted. I had a budget and he helped me make it happen. My experience was great and painless. I had a couple dealership add-ons to get installed a few days later. I came back a few days later to get them installed, Soufiane had a loaner truck ready to go so I can literally drop off my truck and drive the loaner home. I can’t thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone. I will definitely come back to this dealership for my next purchase. More
