Auto Nation Collision center Representative Porsche Herron kept me informed about the process of repairing my Kia’s Sportage. I did not have any problems getting my extension of rental car or dealing with my insurance adjuster, all of this was taken care by the representative. After a few days in the shop, my vehicle was repaired, the craftsmanship was impeccable. I would recommend AutoNation Collision center to my friends and family member who need auto repair. Worst experience ever. I took my car in for a small dent in the right front fender. Little did I know what was in store for me. Granted, I am no mechanic or body repair exp I took my car in for a small dent in the right front fender. Little did I know what was in store for me. Granted, I am no mechanic or body repair expert, but there is no way in xxxx it should have taken seven weeks to fix my car. I was not given any updates on the progress of my repair, and they got agitated with my calling to check on my vehicle. When I did finally get my car, the lady at the desk told me thst I would be getting a survey, and had the audacity to tell me "to be nice". GTFOH! It's my fault, though, for trying to be loyal to Ford, but this was definitely the last straw for me, as I have had issues with repairs they have done on two prior occasions. Three strikes and you're out. I will never take my vehicle here again. More

Very slow work and sparse communication. The repair on my vehicle should have taken 2-3 weeks turned into 10 weeks!
