Quick and easy purchase from Will Called to see if the car was still there. Will answered my call. He asked me for the stock number so I gave it to him. He told me he would go outside Called to see if the car was still there. Will answered my call. He asked me for the stock number so I gave it to him. He told me he would go outside and check for me, then call me back. Sure enough, about 10 minutes later, he called me back. We agreed to a time that worked for me. When I arrived, he already had the Malibu in the front of the store. I drove it then bought it. No games or tricks...and I know we have all experienced that. Great experience with Will! If you need a used vehicle ask for Will. More
This place sucks! WORST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Having dealt with numerous dealerships in my life, I must say this place is just awful! Condescending, i WORST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Having dealt with numerous dealerships in my life, I must say this place is just awful! Condescending, insulting, deceitful and unprofessional. The 2008 Toyota I purchased from them is plagued with engine issues after putting less than 200 miles on it. I should have had an independent mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection because it would have revealed a failing engine. My vehicle quit running after 2 days, all plugs drown out from engine oil in the galleys, not good! Dirty engine oil and filter that was 2 quarts overfilled. What a mess! Sales Manager Matt Urland would not respond to my email and has the audacity to give me his office number of 000-000-0000 no less than 3 times in his correspondence. I do not need to be treated like that after giving you thousands of dollars of my hard earned money! Took 5 hours for the buying process and that was with no trade in or financing paperwork for them to navigate. As i am finally taking possession of my vehicle I get approached by a salesperson laughing "that i will be passing everything but the gas station in that thing" as he walked inside. After sale, the only interest they have in me is auto-generated emails trying to get me into their poorly rated service department to fix my lemon, no thanks! Skeevy, high-volume, corporate, get those cars out the door feel to this place for sure. More
Worst Service Department EVER Had an appointment for service 4 days out and they promised one day service, This is my work truck and I made it clear that it had to be finished. Th Had an appointment for service 4 days out and they promised one day service, This is my work truck and I made it clear that it had to be finished. They don't care, Went in to pick it up at 5:30 same day, and it was not finished, Mark service adviser said he would keep the ticket open and to bring it back in the next few days, I called on Friday, set an appointment with Mark, for Monday and again he promised me it would be done the same day, called him Monday afternoon and he said the truck was in the shop and he would call me back, he never called so I went back in on 10/17 around 10:00 am and he informed me that they didn't even get my truck in. This is the 4th time I have needed warranty work on my Dodge Ram, and every time they lie about what they are going to do and when it will be completed. Never buy any car or truck from this dealership, they are the worst service department in Denver, If you have warrenty issues run to the next closest dealer More
DON"T USE THIS DEALERSHIP TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! We truly wish there was a way to put down a 0 for this dealership. They are the WORST dealership we have ever encountered in our lives. Very poor cust We truly wish there was a way to put down a 0 for this dealership. They are the WORST dealership we have ever encountered in our lives. Very poor customer service, terrible communication and outright lies have inspired us to sell our Durango and never ever own a Dodge product again. After our second horrible experience with this dealership we escalated things to Auto Nation corporate and were less than impressed with their willingness to help. Please take our advice, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

We had previously stopped in to meet with a sales associate at Medved in castle rock and though he was nice he was not informed about any specifics of this particular model. He also straight out lied to us about if he would be able to obtain the color we wanted as he said the closest location was in Montana...of course I stepped out to call Arapahoe Dodge in centennial and they had one same color and model we wanted.I spoke with Dennis who is the sales manager who was very informative over the phone. We asked him if we could drive down to see it even though it was already 8pm and they close at 9pm. He was more then happy to have it pulled around to the front so when we got there it was ready to check out. Dennis Tobin was more then informative not only about the Dodge we were interested in but in the Ford truck we were discussing trading in. We felt at ease with Dennis Tobin and his non-abrasive but very helpful style. He worked with us until 11 pm to get the job finished. We couldn't feel happier with the commited service we received from Dennis Tobin and Clifton Jacobsen who also stayed late to help us get everything done! Happy owners of a New Dodge Durango! Lied about warranty I recently purchased a used vehicle from Autonation Dodge Arapahoe and had a bad experience. Through the entire purchase process I was told that my u I recently purchased a used vehicle from Autonation Dodge Arapahoe and had a bad experience. Through the entire purchase process I was told that my used car came with a 4 month/3,000 mile warranty. After we did the paperwork to complete the purchase I was told that they had made a mistake and that there was no warranty with my car because it was 11 years old. This is after being told 3 or 4 times that it came with a warranty. The window sticker said it came with a warranty. What xx. More

I went to several places and didn't get the honest and welcoming vibe I was looking for. I walked into Autonation Dodge, and found exactly what I was looking for. Right away, Jorge Jacal greeted me and showed me exactly what I wanted. Jorge put me in the driver seat and gave me a proper 5-star test drive! Very knowledgable about the vehicle specs, functions and pricing options. Next, Alex the finance manager was also very receptive and helpful for getting the paperwork done. Didn't rush me and answered all my questions. The Autonation Dodge guys really made me feel welcome, they got me in the car I wanted and they got the job done with great customer service! More

Their Service Team Advisers have no clue on the concept of Customer Service. Went to drop off a vehicle in the morning before my appointment for an oil change. 2 Service Advisers were standing around talking to each other, ignoring the fact someone walked into the Service Area. It's not like they were busy, no other customer in the service area. When I approached them to check in my vehicle, the Assistant Service Manager walked off with a response that another service adviser would assist me, and pointed to an empty desk. REALLY!! Again had to wait until this mystery person decided to show up and guess what they didn't. If you cannot take 5 minutes to assist a paying customer to check in a vehicle, then why are you working in a Customer Facing Roll. ARAPAHOE DODGE GET A CLUE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMERS DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT AROUND FOR YOU TO DECIDE YOU WANT TO WORK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN. More
Run away. Dealing with them isn't worth it! First, this site is full of SCHILL (fake) reviews. DO NOT believe AutoNation Dodge Arapahoe has a 4.6 star rating. Real customers know the truth, its First, this site is full of SCHILL (fake) reviews. DO NOT believe AutoNation Dodge Arapahoe has a 4.6 star rating. Real customers know the truth, its either one star or five? Don't be fooled. DRIVE WITH CONFIDENCE! WORRY-FREE PRE-OWNED VEHICLES! All over their commercials and paperwork, but they don't operate this way. Zero customer service, lying, and potential fraud with their warranty "services". We have spent the past 2 months dealing with these people, to the point of screaming back and forth over the phone. No customer should have to do that to get some decent service. This is literally the largest dealership chain in the US and they operate like some fly-by night used car outfit in an old 7-11 parking lot. So what happened? -Bought our truck at the end of July. Within a mile of driving it away, the check engine light comes on. We take it to the auto parts store near our house, they plug it in and whoa! So many codes its crazy. How did the dealer miss what a 19 year old kid found in 5 minutes? They didn't miss it, they LIED about it. -Took it back to get checked out, sat just past the 3-day, money back guarantee period. Clever. $3500-$4000 in repairs. Wait 2 weeks for the dealership to "decide" what to do. Of course they don't want to do anything, they'd be upside down in the deal. Could we use the extended warranty you bought? It was better than the red tape, so we say yes. another 2 weeks goes by, no word from the warranty company. -Last straw, we've called dozens of times to sales, management and service. NO ONE calls us back. Finally get the service mgr. and he says the warranty was rejected. WHAT? WHY? Because it required a 125 point PROMISED IN THEIR GUARANTEE inspection. They didn't do that. They did a shortcut 55 point inspection. -Take the truck back. Get yelled at by the sales manager for "not communicating" Seriously? Salesman confirms that yes, he got all of our messages... Was told NOT TO CALL US BACK. xxx? We are absolutely done. Just want our money back and get out of there. As of this writing, it has been 2 months of nothing but headaches and money tied up. They still have our $2000 deposit and no return calls as to when its gonna be given back. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but here. I don't even know if the names of the people we dealt with are real, every review I read has different people, and there aren't that many who work there. High turnover? Wouldn't surprise me. Our salesman, Chad, tried his best. Everyone else was nothing short of unprofessional. More
