In September of 2013, I stopped by Autonation Dodge Ram on Arapahoe. I was greeted at the door by Neal. Fast forward to March 2014, I contact the dealership by email and scheduled a visit with Julian. As soon as I showed up, I was greeted by Neal. He remembered who I was and the items I was looking for from my previous visit. Neal and Julian worked with me to find the prefect car. There was no pressure to buy the car. Even when we left to test drive a different brand of car, Neal said, "Yes, you need to make sure you get the right car for you. If it happens to be one on our lot, please come back and see me." We did return to purchase from Autonation and couldn't be happier. Everyone we have worked with at the Dealership has been great. In the future, this will be my first stop for a vehicle purchase. I first contacted Jessie via email and phone calls two days prior to deciding to purchase the vehicle I ended up with. At first I was looking for a used vehicle they had on their lot. After I qualified days prior to deciding to purchase the vehicle I ended up with. At first I was looking for a used vehicle they had on their lot. After I qualified for financing, I noticed a different vehicle of the same make and model at another Autonation dealership. I asked Jessie to see if the "numbers" worked well for that vehicle also. Jessie did the leg work and went the extra mile and brought the newer vehicle from the other dealership to his and it was ready for me to test drive on Saturday so I could compare both vehicles at the same time. After I made my decision to get the newer vehicle, Jessie and the others all did their parts. When two of my daughters arrived to see what I was buying, the sales manager gave them (and I) bottles of water when the girls mentioned that they were thirsty. This was a nice touch and very appreciated. The whole process from start to finish three days later was pleasant and stress free. No sales pressure was used and I am very happy with my purchase. This was the nicest time I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More

He never rushed us or pressured us to buy the vehicle and on top of that he kept our two daughters very entertained! We left that dealership with not only a great car but with a great experience! I normally buy my cars from auctions but with the economy the cars I would normally find at a great price/great condition were not showing up at auctions any more. This was the second dealership I have e the cars I would normally find at a great price/great condition were not showing up at auctions any more. This was the second dealership I have ever bought a car from. The first dealership sold me a lemon car that I had to take back a week later. I was hesitate to buy from another dealer but found my 2005 Hyundai Sonata and it looked so nice online I had to check it out. Meet Jacob Friday night and very nice and friendly. It was 30 minutes before close so too late to test drive the car but he set up an appointment to come back the following day with my parents to test drive and he even moved the car to the back to make sure it didn't get sold until I came in. Go/Auto Nation do an excellent job of servicing their cars and go through a very long inspection. I was worried about getting another lemon car so I asked the deal be done as long as my mechanic looked it over and gave the thumbs up. My mechanic found nothing major wrong but there were a few preventative repairs I wanted to be taken care of so I wouldn't have any big repair bills in the future. (Original water pump, original timing belt, one strut replaced and wanting the other strut to be replaced for better drive) and some minor repairs like cabin air filter and a burnt out bulb. Bill and Seraj went above and behind to help me and really made me feel like I was more then just a sale but a part of the family they wanted to make happy. They even lent me a car of the dealerships while mine was being repaired. (2012 Chrysler 200 which if I had the money would have bought too.. SMOOTH ride and very nice!! Will have to save my money for the next car). HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO DODGE ARAPAHOE!!! Plan to ALWAYS buy my cars here in the future!!! They were literally an answer to our family's prayers, as we had been without a vehicle for over a year and me, my wife, and four children were walking over 3 miles every week to get groceries in the cold and rain...
