Nothing annoys me more, than encountering a "sales" team who treat me like an idiot because I refuse to succomb to their silly manipulation tactics; especially when it's some 20-something punk telling me I "just don't understand how the car business works". I have walked out of many showrooms over the years. Mullinax East was a completely different buying experience. I walked in knowing what my vehicle was worth and what I believed was a fair difference between sticker and net price, for the Ford Escape I wanted to buy. Within 15 minutes we had exchanged two offers, and we had a deal...without the nonsense. I was treated with respect...like an intelligent human being, and I made the deal with Jesse and Earl in record time. I even willingly accepted the upsale suggestion for the moonroof/sync package, because it was explained so well and was made so affordable. My FAVORITE dealership! I live about 35 minutes away and still drive all the way over there just to get an oil change. We have 3 dealers within 5 miles of my home who service ford but i refuse to go anywher still drive all the way over there just to get an oil change. I explained my situation to Earl and how I wanted this to be a painless short buying process. I was in and out in no time. With my new ford explorer. I was under no pressure. Which I liked very much. The Sales person,Earl Tate. Understood my situation and worked with the GM and the Finanace department to get me where I needed to be. Earl also drove to Amherst, I beleive to pick up my new Ford Mustang and have it brought back, serviced and cleaned to have it delivered the day I wanted it. I was on a tour of the facility for service and parts should I ever need it. I do get my oil changed at this car dealer.....I do wish you had the awards points that other Ford Dealers offer for service! I was also called by the Sales person {Earl} a few times since my purchase, to make sure everything was OK! I love what Ford has done and I will by my next vehicle from this dealer. Thank you.
