It was one of the best car buying experiences me, and my wife have had and Dytaan Carter was definitely the best salesman we've ever worked with! My experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco was great! Trinty my service advisor was very helpful, listened, and worked to answer all my questions. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are dishonest to the core. Drove off the lot with a certified vehicle that had a broken audio system. The 90 day warranty does not cover audio. If I wanted a working audio system then I was told that I should have purchased a one or three year warranty to get it fixed. I am out $1700 to get it fixed elsewhere. Do not do business with AutoNation Ford Frisco. Not honest people and they will rip you off. More
