What can I say about my great experience with Mike Shad Ford at the Avenues. From my sales guy, Brian Loeblein to the finance department,John Smith. Brian took his time with me showing me exactly the vehicle I was looking for and not trying to put me in a vehicle just to make a sale. Once my decesion was made it was onto what most people get very nervous about, that is the financing. I must say John Smith was very nice, like talking to a friend. Even though I have had hard times in the past with my credit, he found a way to make it work. Before I knew it, I had signed the papers and I was driving off in my new Ford Explorer... Mike Shad's dealerships don't add dealer options that you don't want and then charge high prices for them. Brian Freeman was the sales manager who worked with us. He offered us a very good price on a F don't want and then charge high prices for them. Brian Freeman was the sales manager who worked with us. He offered us a very good price on a Ford Ranger. We asked him if he could make connections for us to get a price on a Nissan Frontier. He made that connection for us. We ended up buying the Nissan, but we appreciated Brian's helpfulness. Our experience with Jim Jackson at Mike Shad Nissan was also very good. We appreciated the personnel at both dealerships, and had a very good experience overall. More

Interesting note, my cousin was the Gen Mgr/Vice Pres of the former Kings Crown Ford Dealership at this particular location. I have done business with them for over 20 years. As a result, I felt a connection to the current establishment. I paid a little more than what I wanted to, but, that's how it goes sometimes.
