I recently tried to purchase a 2025 Mustang Mach‑E GT, but the process quickly became frustrating. My financing had already been fully approved through Ford Credit, yet I was still told I needed to complete another credit application so my information could be sent to additional lenders. I didn’t request that, and it wasn’t clear why it was necessary when my financing was already secured. For shoppers in Colorado, it’s helpful to know that you can decline additional credit applications when you already have approved financing. It’s reasonable to ask for clear explanations before authorizing anything involving your credit. When I asked for written clarification, I never received a response. At that point, I walked away and purchased a 2026 Tesla Model Y instead. I completed the entire purchase from my cell phone through the Tesla app — no extra paperwork, no pressure, and a very transparent process from start to finish. My experience may not reflect everyone’s, but I recommend asking direct questions about how your credit information will be handled before moving forward. More

Arguably the best car buying experience I’ve had. Both my salesman & finance manager were great to work with. They took time to understand what I was looking for and left it at that. Bought a used van from this dealership. I spent hours (3.5) waiting for them to clean it only to get the van home to find hair used Q-tips with earwax on them. On the drive home the windshield wiper came flying off. The vehicle was sold to me with a cracked windshield written in contract that they would replace it. It has been over a week and a half since the purchase and they have yet to even schedule an appointment to fix the windshield (and the after-the-fact wiper). I have been in contact with the sales rep numerous times yet nothing has changed. More

We purchased a new Bronco from AutoNation Littleton and it needed a couple warranty items repaired. I have been working with Jason V. as my Service Advisor. One issue was actually repaired in the Service l it needed a couple warranty items repaired. I have been working with Jason V. as my Service Advisor. One issue was actually repaired in the Service lane at check in. The wind noise issue was more involved and needed 2 trips in for service. They fixed the initial gap issue, checked and ordered a second part to be sure the wind noise was gone. I am extremely happy with the service and communication provided by the Advisor! More
