Had a bad experience with Autonation Ford. I took my F150 in for a turbo leak. They told me I need to do both turbos and they would need my car for 2 or 3 days after getting the parts. Approximately 2 hours of receiving the call they would need to keep it for 3 days, they called and said my truck was done, $2,000 plus was the total on the ticket. I could not believe it was done and didn't think they fixed it then. I gave them a bad review then. My turbos are still leaking antifreeze and they are saying too bad so sad, out of warranty. Not a happy AutoNation customer. The vehicle made it 110,000 miles for the first leak and 20,000 for the second leak. $2,000 for basically all labor, parts were minimal. Be aware. Been a Ford guy all my life, my Dad spent 40 to 50 years in the industry, this is by far the worst experience I've had with Ford. I will never change what I drive but will never go back to AutoNation Ford. More
I bought my last Ford from AutoNation's predecessor 27 years ago and I came back for the replacement. I ordered a 2024 Ford Explorer Timberline in January and received it in April. AutoNation was great, especially Gil Montellano, who worked with me for several years as I went back and forth looking at different vehicles (waiting for one that Ford never built). He allowed me to check out some specific loads in the cargo area to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for me, and put up with a couple of significant changes before I made the final order. But Gil was patient and professional throughout the entire process. Once my vehicle arrived I only waited about a day for the clear bra, then spent less than 90 minutes going through all of the features with Gil and signing the paperwork. A very easy and pleasant buying experience. More
