Service advisor was trying to be very helpful. Service department messed up and didn't replace bolts when I picked up the vehicle parts were falling out as I opened the door. Found the truck I wanted after searching for weeks, came to pick it up and there were still active recalls. Their service department gave it a certified pre owned stamp but failed to address previous codes to pick it up and there were still active recalls. Their service department gave it a certified pre owned stamp but failed to address previous codes on the vehicle. 500+ miles later it throws a code that was previously happening, I took it to an ACTUAL ford dealership and the difference in diagnostics from the techs was huge(Miami lakes said everything was fine) my cord dealership immediately said that it shouldn’t be driven and took it in for full fuel injector and transmission tear down. I told them I didn’t want the truck because I didn’t just spend $47k for it to be in service for a week the week after I bought it and the sales manager pretty much said he doesn’t care because it’s over it’s 250 miles buy back limit. I should have gone to a REAL Ford dealership, this is an absolute nightmare and waste of time and I live 3 hours away! I’ll never buy a car from Autonation again. More

Never take your car to this dealer. They play games with you, their communication skills is the worst. There is no customer service from the service advisory at all and they don’t care if you have kids to drop at school, or urgency to get your car ready. Simple you don’t know what is happening, what is the timeline to get the service done and neither the cost. Maybe if you have a brand new car, they will treat you differently but it is not my case.
