I had been researching cars for about 4 months. I first drove the Edge at Santa Margarita Ford--which is the Ford dealer closest to my home. The day before I had sold my car to a private party so I didn't want to rent a car more than a day or two. I didn't hear from this particular sales person so I just stopped by the dealer again. I had another sales person try to gain my business but the lease they offered seemed way too high. I went home very discouraged. I emailed Power Ford in Tustin on a chance that they might want to earn my business and let them know exactly which car and specs I was interested in. I was so pleased when Errik Williams emailed me right away. They had the exact car I was searching for, but the lease terms were in my budget and $100 less than the best deal RSM Ford was willing to offer. Not only was Errik wonderful to work with via email, but in person he was even more helpful. He was very thorough in his explanation of the car and all the features like Sync that were new to me. He even followed up the next day to welcome me to the Power Ford family. In all the years I've been purchasing cars, this experience was by far the best. They may sell the same cars, but Ford Dealers are not all same. Power Ford in Tustin will certainly be earning my business in 3 years when my current lease is up! I requested a quote on a new 2012 Ford Explorer. Got a call from Tom minutes later. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the car I wanted (I hate haggling at the dealership so I always get Internet quotes on cars). Also, he was not pushy like a lot of salesmen I have dealt with. I came down the next day & Errik & Saar both made the experience a good one (they were very un-salesmany for lack of a better word). I got a good price, a fair deal on my trade & I love the car. All in all, an excellent experience; I highly recommend doing business with them. More

Used car salespeople, they run cricles by going back and forth to get their terms. they are liers and try to negate what they promise. I would not recomend anyone to buy any cars from them. I don't want any financing but they ran my credit and ask to finaance at 20% when I had my own with other bank at 6%. they said they will reduce the price by a thousand dollar , but they would not honor the price posted on the car. I drove for an hour and after I decide to walk out they called and they agreed to honor the terms of our agreement. they expect me to drive back another hour to make the deal. bunch of con artist.
