I went to this dealership 2 months in a row to get multiple recalls fixed on my truck. The first time I went to this dealership, they couldn’t fix all the recalls because they said I had to bring it i multiple recalls fixed on my truck. The first time I went to this dealership, they couldn’t fix all the recalls because they said I had to bring it in on a weekday because the technicians on the weekends weren’t good enough to do one of the recalls. So I made another appointment the following month at 8 am on a Monday. I dropped my truck off at 7:50 am and they informed me they would keep me informed on any updates with my truck and I will have it back that day. When 3 pm came around, I haven’t heard anything and I decided to call them and they tell me I they don’t know why it’s taking so long, but you won’t be able to pick up your truck today. They then said they would call me in the morning to give me an update and they never called me that morning. So I called later that morning and they tell me the updates on my truck was taking longer than normal. The worker said we will give you a call when it’s complete. They never called me later that day and I had to call them again to check in. They again stated my truck wasn’t ready for pick-up that day. I was able to pick my truck up 2 1/2 days after dropping off my truck for a recall update and they just kept giving me the excuse it took longer than expected. I gave review of my experience and the service manager called me and asked what issues I had during my visit and I informed him of my last 2 visits at that service center. He then stated he would give me some type of compensation even though I didn’t pay those 2 times because they wanted to keep my business. So, 3 months after talking to the service department manager, I’ve still haven’t received the compensation that he promised. This dealership is by far the worst when it comes to customer service, integrity and honor on what they tell their customers. If your looking for a Ford Dealership, I would avoid this place if possible. More
Diagnosed my vehicle thoroughly and contacted me explaining the issues and their plan to fix them. Worked to quickly give me a loaner vehicle and also file the warranty claim. Ashley is an excellent customer care manager. She kept us informed on the vehicles service. A very nice waiting lounge while your vehicle is being serviced. She kept us informed on the vehicles service. A very nice waiting lounge while your vehicle is being serviced. More

The service department is very poor in communicating with their customers. I had to call several times about my wife's car to get ant answers. The aftermarket warranty they sold me is completely worthless. I their customers. I had to call several times about my wife's car to get ant answers. The aftermarket warranty they sold me is completely worthless. I bought the car from the Amhurst location, the first week the air conditioning stopped working. that took over two weeks. Then the car started leaking oil, I took it to the Westlake location to be checked out. They took almost three days to check the car, then they tell me that it is not covered by my power train warranty. I was just barely out of the 90 day warranty, they gave me when I bought the car. The engine oil cooler is not covered under the aftermarket power train warranty. The oil cooler is a very important part of the engine and is part of the power train. They were very slow in calling me back, I had to keep calling them to check on what they were doing. They told me that it was not covered, period! I called the finance person in Amhurst and explained the problem I was getting from the Westlake service department. He made a call to the aftermarket warranty company, he got the repair approved in less than 20 minutes. This had already been 3 weeks, the parts were ordered, over a week later I got a call that the car was done. We drove to the dealership to pick up the car, when we got there. The service writer said the paper work was not done, it would be several hours before it was done. So, we drove back home, as soon as we pulled in the driveway. the dealership called us and said we could pick up the car. When we got there the service writer said the paper work was not finished, we had to leave $240 cash to take the car. We were not given a receipt for the money. I was very upset about how this was handled. I was only expecting to pay $100 witch is the deductible with my aftermarket warranty. We took the car and over a week later, still no receipt for anything. I called the dealership again and spoke to the service manager. He told me that the repair was not covered and I still owe more money. I told him that I was told it was covered. He said the finance manager got the warranty company to do him a favor. To cover the repair, and there was more money owed. I am paying $3200 for a warranty that does not cover a engine part. under a powertrain warranty. I'm very upset and unhappy on how the whole thing was handled! I've worked at a car dealership and the way auto nation handled is completely unacceptable. We were treated like we didn't matter, after we spent almost $15,000 for a car. It made me feel like, after they got their money. They could care less about how we are treated. The service writer saw how upset I was and the only thing he was worried about is that I give them a 5 on the customer survey. He told me at least 6 times, that anything less than a 5 on the survey would hurt him with loss of money. I gave a 1 star on the survey, because that is the lowest I could give. So, unless you are buying a new car, stay away from Auto nation ford. When you buy a used car, they forget about the money you spent. Their service reflets that. More
