Service for a warranty battery issue didn’t go as planned and while initially disappointed, in the end we came to an agreement on how to proceed. Excuses made as to why the car wasn't cleaned and sanitized as was promised when bought. No follow up appointment was recorded even though I made one so wasted a second trip out. When I unknowingly made a service appointment online for the wrong day and I arrived at the dealership Nate didn’t hesitate to step in.
