Beware, This dealership cares NOTHING about the customer and only blatant greed. After purchasing a Honda Accord, I returned to the dealer and spoke to General manager "Jack" and mentioned that I felt the and only blatant greed. After purchasing a Honda Accord, I returned to the dealer and spoke to General manager "Jack" and mentioned that I felt the overall car was good but it's a bit large for me, He then suggested that I downsize to a Civic. Then I went through a test drive and a lengthy explanation of how wonderful he was in doing me a huge favor, even suggesting that I should buy him a bottle of Scotch. Then I noticed that my original $ 8,000 down payment was gone and the total cost was actually &3,000 more than the Accord I already paid for. Needless to say, I didn't fall for it or buy him any scotch. More

Terrible experience with this dealer. They agreed to do a deal and I had offered to pay a deposit and they had stopped responding for 3 days. He was honest, transparent, patient, and kind—truly making the process enjoyable. The finance manager (I wish I remembered his name!) was also fantastic, and I appreciated that no one was pushy at any point. I’m so glad we chose this dealership and highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a car. More

I received regular maintenance on my 2021 Hr-v 7/20/25, the service rep. Was Issac-Great Guy/Truthful and very cordial. Told me the car would be done w/maintenance in a2hr. Span and it was.
