I took my vehicle to this Costa Mesa location with a tire pressure issue. After a very dissatisfied experience with the person in the service driveway stating that nothing was wrong . Two days after on 4/9/22 I went back with the same issue and Lidio provided me with the best customer service I have received from this location. He did an immediate inspection of the vehicle and provided me with the information , options and resolution to the issue. Lidió was very professional and helpful and definitely took an extra step to provide excellent customer service. Because of this experience I decided to keep my relationship with this location.
