Tanisha our Sales person was great. Everyone was great to deal with. Felt it took at little long to purchase the vehicle since I was paying cash. I did not like the fact that the dealership tries to upsale you when you already state you dont want anything else. Only real issue is we noticed the car had an oil leak a week after purchase Took to Volkswagen Dealership near my home and had to wait for car to be serviced as the paperwork for the warranty had not been received by the warranty company. The dealership also noticed the coolant needed flushing. So not sure how much inspection was done by dealership prior to putting up for sale. More

AutoNation Honda squeezed us in when we were in a bind. While traveling home to San Diego, we couldn’t avoid a large piece of truck tire lying on the freeway. Our CRV had to go over it and I could tell afterwards something wasn’t quite right. AutoNation got us in the same afternoon this happened, checked the entire undercarriage of the car for free, pried off, for a very reasonable price, the mangled skip shield that was now causing a problem, and sent us on our way with a complimentary car wash and peace of mind. AutoNation Honda came through in our hour of need! More
