Excellent customer service, prices, and cars. Both Yadira and Jordi (Sales person and Sales manager) were really helpful and answered all the questions I had about the car, giving me a great price at the end. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Overall experience was great. Salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant to negotiate with; he was able to answer all of my questions in a very precise manner. I had a great experience with my vehicle sales transaction. Mr. Simpson did an excellent job finding the best deal and vehicle for my budget. Yardira made the final process of my car buying go smoothly and walked me through all the paperwork. She was patient as I actually read through some of the documents I was signing. She was not forceful in trying to sell me the extended warranty when I declined coverage. When I finally took control of the car she sat down with me and went over the gadgets in the car and explained them to me. She was courteous and professional and I have nothing negative to say about Yardira.

I rated the dealership and employee all 5's because my overall expierience and customer service was wonderful. I did not even expect to buy a car the same day and I did. I want to thank Manuel Frometa for giving me the outstanding service he promised and go out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted. I would recomend the Maroone Honda of Miami to anyone I know. We wanted a no-hassle experience, so went through the Costco auto program. We knew exactly what model and trim we were looking for, and Alex Mandel was very accommodating in answering all of our questions, explaining the different options, and locating the specific car for us. He was great at following up pre- and post-purchase, and we really appreciated his input and help throughout the process. The rest of the team we dealt with were also very professional.
