I was shopping for a 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid and decided to call AutoNation Honda of Valencia since I live in Valencia. I spoke with a salesperson, Milo. I gave him the numbers I was comfortable with for a to call AutoNation Honda of Valencia since I live in Valencia. I spoke with a salesperson, Milo. I gave him the numbers I was comfortable with for a 5-year loan and asked him if my expectations were reasonable. The next day he called me back and told me I was looking at $690/month for 60 months. I told him that was too high for me and I would try another Honda dealership. He then asked what payment I was looking for, and I said I wanted to be at $625/month. Within a few minutes, the finance manager Ryan called me and said if I come in that day (July 4th), he would get me that payment. Before going in, I called Milo one more time to confirm everything and asked him to double-check with his manager. He texted me back saying yes, it is confirmed. So I went in, filled out the credit application, and they ran my credit (820 score). Then he came out with a payment of $711/month. I told him this is not the number we agreed on and asked to speak with his manager. Ryan, the finance manager I had spoken to earlier, came out and said the loan was for 6 years, which I never even mentioned at any point. I clearly said from the beginning I wanted a 5-year loan. When I told him that, he said I never told him that. I asked if we could listen to the recorded conversation, and he told me only inbound calls are recorded, and since he called me, that conversation is not recorded. At that point I got upset and told them they are playing games with me. He was extremely rude and offensive and told me to take it outside to the street. I asked him if he was challenging me, because as crazy as it sounds, that’s what it felt like. I told him I was not trying to be a jerk, but they brought me in, ran my credit, and now are giving completely different numbers. His response was that I was a jerk since I entered the dealership. A customer who is trying to buy a car being called a jerk is unacceptable. He also said I am not his customer. Really? I have been servicing my other car at this dealership for over a year. I asked who the general manager was, and he acted like he didn’t care, telling me I can call whoever I want and pointing me to the door. He showed me numbers that were nothing like what we discussed and said take it or leave it. This is crazy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The guy has no idea how to talk to customers. I have also read other reviews mentioning similar experiences with him. I am going to reach out to the owner of this dealership. He needs to teach his employees how to speak and behave with customers. I will also escalate this to Honda corporate. I would definitely not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Stay away from Milo (salesman) and Ryan (finance manager). More

He definitely made sure our needs were met. Also, we came back the next day to pick up some touch up paint and realized we had an issue with one of our key fobs. Emmanuel took care of it on a busy day instead of scheduling me to come back later in the week. I was out working a hour. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and cordial. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was advised that it was time for a wheel alignment. After the alignment was completed, I noticed the steering wheel was no longer centered. I returned the vehicl that it was time for a wheel alignment. After the alignment was completed, I noticed the steering wheel was no longer centered. I returned the vehicle to have the issue corrected, but the steering wheel is still uneven. Unfortunately, it appears that the technicians do not have the proper expertise to perform wheel alignments correctly. Prior to this service my wheel was perfectly centered and not issues with alignment. More

My experience at Honda Valencia was amazing. I scheduled an oil change and was told I was covered for it in advance through text. However, when I showed up they told me I was not covered. Maricruz went to talk to a service advisor and came back saying that I am not covered, but that they will honor the deal and throw in tire rotations because of the miscommunication and try to figure out the error on their end. I did not wait long for them to break the news to me about honoring the deal and getting me on my way. I very much appreciated them honoring the price and will for sure be back. More
