When it was necessary for a hands on explanation, Frank came to our house to explain in person. He never lost patience with these two novices and always gave his full attention to whatever we did not understand.The other representatives, Amgelo and Matthew, were equally available and kept reminding us that all of them were there for us also! Although initially friendly, as soon as the sale was completed, the friendliness ended. One vehicle had a potentially dangerous flaw; but dealer refused to fix it in order to complete the sale.
