What would be the point of talking to one of your managers, one was smack in the middle of your deceptive bait and switch at the dealership? Speaking of deception, you told me that Hyundai makes you add these items to the auto, I doubt that very much and say this is a blatant lie - if so why wouldn't they be installed at the factory or be included on the sticker? I have an inquiry in on this to Hyundai's corporate offices, I'll update later if I can with the facts. You have no appreciation of your customers, even those buying a $66K luxury auto, they're just sheep to be led to the slaughter. We had an agreement on the price ahead of time for a straight, simple cash sale , and you pulled the rug out at the last minute. I had my bank transfer funds for payment, my insurance agency stand by for a binder, drove 3 hours round trip, and waisted a half day of my valuable time to be subjected to a smoke and mirror act. If you wanted $2K over list price for this auto, fine, just be honest about it and let the consumer decide instead of hiding it in with empty nonsense. Hyundai currently has a $2k Bonus offer to owners of competing luxury brands to try a Genesis, I own 2 cars on the list, and you think this treatment will get folks to switch? And to top it off, my daughter is graduating college in the spring and we plan to buy her a new car as a present. Her first choice was a GV70, so you would have had that sale too. I can fortunately buy any car on the market I want and don't play games or do business with deceitful people, so you can keep your autos thank you! UPDATE: I checked with Hyundai Corporate and they do not require or mandate their Genesis dealers add these extras, so this was just a lie as I suspected.
