What stood out the most was that she never made me feel like I was just another customer or that my concerns were being ignored. She was respectful, honest, and understanding, especially with how stressful it was being without a vehicle and having to rely on a rental. She helped me understand the repair process, the warranty-related issues, and the final payment situation as clearly as possible.
