I had visited a sister dealership in the area and was treated unfairly and with little regard to my needs and wants. I really wanted to stay with Nissan since I was a returning customer. I decided to try this dealership although it was further away from my home, I am so thrilled that I did. My salesperson Sam Rounds was phenomenal. She listened to what I wanted and worked up my deal. She worked with Ranae in the finance department and kept me informed as to what was happening. I was driving out with my new Nissan pathfinder in a matter of a few hours. She had to go to the sister dealership to get the vehicle I wanted. When it was time to sign the paperwork Renae explained in detail all the terms in plain simple language. The dealership was clean and while I was waiting there was always fresh coffee and popcorn. Everyone who passed by in the waiting room acknowledge me and asked if they could get me anything. Tarek got me the exact car I wanted for a price below what I went in expecting to pay. He took the time to show us all of the vehicles in stock (and at different locations) and explained all of the diffe what I went in expecting to pay. They had a play room and a T.V. for my kids to play while we waited and everyone was super friendly. Ranea in financing was also very helpful and very plesant to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman. The entire transaction went smoothly, and I got a great car for a great price! I bought a 2006 VW Passat on 12/7/2013. Service dept is garbage. I've had a vehicle there for over a week and any time i call to get an update i get the runaround. Once we arrived to examine the vehicles and to determine whether we would purchase from AutoNation, we found we were treated in a friendly and professional manner. There were no tricks or gimmicks, and the quoted out-the-door price actually went down based upon an overestimated sales tax amount in the original estimate. Nissan, AutoNation, and Troy Wallace all followed up with us after the sale to make sure that we were satisfied with the purchase. After two weeks of ownership, we are very pleased with the new car and with the purchase experience. We would certainly recommend this dealership and Troy Wallace. More

He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He took us for a test drive and talked to us about the vehicle while we was riding. He informed us what the problem was with the vehicle then told us what AutoNation will repair and the things they would not repair. He also informed us the price for the repairs they will not make. I appreciate his honesty and patience. I will be purchasing a vehicle from him in the next week or two. My overall visit was excellent.
