The absolute worst service dept I have ever dealt with who displays extremely poor communication skills and lack competence to customer service. After supposedly getting a diagnostic, it went from $1500 fuel pump to $2800 Harness to $5000 ECM. Granted 3 weeks before I paid $1500 for some front axle work which I believe created the problems I first spoke on by their incompetent mechanics!! I know this for a FACT bc I know several people who works there!!! One mechanic(John-white boy) told me in front of a service agent that my 2012 Nissan Versa was some junk and I need to buy a new. At the time it had approx 240k, now it has 360k and riding better than a new one with many more miles to go!!! Dam John!! Service will dodge your call at all cost for no dam reason, really sad pitiful until it happens to them!! I not paying 5k for something I didn’t do!! Corporate help is immediately needed!! This is atrocious!! More

Horrible experience! We drove three hours to test drive three Nissan models. Jim, the salesman had zero interest in helping us. After driving the first car, he said, "This is awkward,but you should test drive the other models closer to where you live." He said he had another customer coming in. I then asked if he could have someone else help us. He went into the sales manager's office and stood there with three other men, completely ignored us. After 5 minutes we left. Jim had one job to do, CULTIVATE A RELATIONSHIP WITH A NEW CUSTOMER. I purchased my Jaguar XJL 5 hours from my home in Arizona. There were dealerships that were closer. Sales is about relationships, apparently your staff lacks training. Jim was so inexperienced with Nissan that he couldn't show me a vehicle with zero gravity seats, or explain the differences in trim types. Horrible customer service. More
