I LOVED BEING SCREWED OVER BY AUTONATION. FUN TIMES. I love a good screwing. I also love short leases. I leased a 2018 Nissan Sentra SR here for 16 days! What? You didn't know there was a 16 day o I love a good screwing. I also love short leases. I leased a 2018 Nissan Sentra SR here for 16 days! What? You didn't know there was a 16 day option? Neither did I! Here's why. On December 12, 2017, I signed a lease contract with the Nissan Sentra SR and drove the car home. On December 18, 2017, I had the car re-detailed at AutoNation Nissan. On December 27, 2017, I received a text saying that there were issues with the lease financing. They offered me a purchase option for $100.00 more than what was agreed upon originally. After resisting, the finance manager then apologized and said he could MATCH the original lease price for a purchase option. Huh. On December 28, 2017 I surrendered the car, got my deposit back because all that transpired seemed very unfair. This place does business without integrity. TLDR: TRIED TO SWINDLE ME, don't waste your time and money. More

Uninformed, poor service, incorrect diagnostics My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated s My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated seats weren’t working. I know, heated seats in Phoenix, it’s a long story. Regardless, I talked to the service manager at ABC Nissan and he said I could use my warranty at any Nissan Dealership in the US. AutoNation Nissan in Tempe is closer to my house and I figured would be less busy. I booked a service appointment online. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment to find out it would be at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? 2.5 hours later, my new car is returned to me with the diagnostics “of course the heated seats aren’t working it’s too hot outside” then the service person proceeded to explain it has to be below 68 degrees outside for the heated seats to function. WHAT? I read the owner’s manual, the heated steering wheel has that requirement. The heated seats do not. I called up the service manager at ABC Nissan and explained the situation and he confirmed that the outside temperature has zero impact on the heated seats. Do not trust what the service folks at this location tell you. More

When we questioned the difference in price Howie became defensive and was rude to our friend who was with us saying "are you co-signing?" And "you're trying to mess you friend up from getting a good deal". So he felt it was OK to charge 2K more when he said they would match the price, because he knew how much we were willing to pay. He also refused to bring out the sales manager or a finance manager when we were done talking to him for being rude and condescending. More
